Appointment Confirmation QuickOPD enables patients to book appointments through schedules created and managed by the respective hospitals. When an appointment is successfully created on QuickOPD from a hospital-created schedule, the appointment is considered confirmed. The hospital is responsible for managing its schedules, appointment limits, doctor availability and any subsequent changes. QuickOPD acts solely as a technology platform facilitating online appointment bookings. ## 2. General Refund Policy Payments made for QuickOPD appointment bookings and applicable service or convenience fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or under the specific exception stated in this policy. Patients are advised to review their booking details carefully before completing a booking. ## 3. Duplicate or Unavailable Slot Payments If a payment is successfully made but the appointment cannot be created because the selected slot is already booked or unavailable, the patient will be eligible for a full refund of the affected payment. Once the transaction and booking details have been verified, QuickOPD will initiate the refund to the original payment method within four working days. The time taken for the amount to appear in the patient's account may depend on the payment provider or bank. ## 4. Doctor Unavailability or Hospital-Side Changes After an appointment has been confirmed, the doctor may occasionally become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, or the hospital may change its schedule. The respective hospital is responsible for managing such circumstances and informing affected patients. In these cases: - QuickOPD will not provide a cash refund or monetary compensation for the appointment or convenience fee solely because the doctor becomes unavailable or the hospital changes its schedule, except where required by applicable law. - Affected patients may contact QuickOPD Customer Care for assistance. - Where the affected booking is verified, QuickOPD may offer the patient a free appointment on a future occasion with an eligible doctor through the platform, subject to availability and applicable arrangements. - QuickOPD may coordinate with the hospital to identify affected patients and facilitate appropriate assistance. The free appointment is a customer-support benefit and is not redeemable for cash or transferable for monetary value. ## 5.
