Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for using QuickOPD. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best customer experience. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and the process for requesting refunds or returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Timeframe

You may request a refund for services within 7 days of purchase. Requests outside this period will not be accepted unless otherwise specified.

1.2 Condition

To be eligible for a refund, services must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased them.

1.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Completed consultations
  • Downloaded digital products
  • Gift cards

2. Refund Process

2.1 Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund.

2.2 Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • If services have been partially used
  • If services are canceled after partial completion

3. Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility

We only replace services if they are defective or not as described. If you need to exchange a service for the same type, contact us at [email protected].

3.2 Process

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for accessing the replacement service.

4. Service Fees

4.1 Customer Responsibility

You will be responsible for any fees associated with returning services unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective service).

4.2 Non-Refundable Costs

Service fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return fees will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.
