You may request a refund for services within 7 days of purchase. Requests outside this period will not be accepted unless otherwise specified.
To be eligible for a refund, services must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased them.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
We only replace services if they are defective or not as described. If you need to exchange a service for the same type, contact us at [email protected].
Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for accessing the replacement service.
You will be responsible for any fees associated with returning services unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective service).
Service fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return fees will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.
